Canada Orders

Orders exceeding $150 CAD qualify for FREE standard shipping across Canada.

$20 CAD flat shipping on orders under $150 CAD within British Columbia.

$30 CAD flat shipping on orders under $150 CAD rest of Canada.

USA Orders

Orders exceeding $250 CAD qualify for FREE UPS standard shipping across the USA.

$45 CAD flat shipping on orders under $250 CAD to USA.

International Orders

International shipping rates vary, and we'll be using UPS for safe delivery.

International duites and taxes

Customs fees, duty charges, and/or brokerage fees may apply on shipments outside of Canada, depending on your country's customs policy. The Blue Heron is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when goods are imported. For more details, please check with your local customs office

Regular Orders:

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless a specific lead time is indicated on the product page.

Pre-Order Items:

Refer to the estimated arrival time specified on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate, subject to change. We prioritize consistent communication to keep you informed of your order's status, coordinating with our suppliers and shipping partners.

Upon arrival at our warehouse, allow 2-3 business days for shipping and preparation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Important Notices:

THE BLUE HERON cannot be held liable for postal delays due to unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control.

In the event of a delivery failure (e.g., recipient not available), we recommend contacting your local courier promptly to reschedule. Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the parcel is returned to us, with shipping and handling fees non-refundable.

Email to order@theblueheronbc.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

The email must include

>order number

>receiver's name (first/last name)

>the name of the item you want to return

>detailed description and images

For a smooth return process, please ensure all returned items are unworn and unwashed, with all tags, and in original condition.

Please remember to send back items within 7 days from the date they were delivered to you. To make sure we're fair to all our lovely customers, we can only process refunds within this 7-day return grace period.

Once we receive your return, we'll swiftly take the necessary steps, and you'll be notified right away. We want to keep you in the loop every step of the way!
